Before you subscribe
Is the report the same on every plan?
Yes. Every plan checks the same records and gets the same verdict, offer note and PDF. The plans differ by who is covered and the firm features, not by what the report checks.
What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?
Reports you already ran stay readable and downloadable in your library. New address checks pause until billing is updated.
Is my city covered?
City permit records are live for Austin, Dallas and San Antonio, TX. Flood, weather and nearby-places records cover every US address. Outside those cities, the report says permit records are not covered for that city yet; it never reads as no permits found. The covered-city list is always current at /coverage.
Is this a home inspection?
No. HomeTract is a permit and public-record check only. Order a full home inspection; this report does not replace one.
